His educational background includes a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Law from South Texas College of Law Houston, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with focuses on International Business and Leadership Studies from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, as well as participation in an International Exchange Student Program related to International Studies and Leadership in Public Policy at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
