Charles Meade, Ph.D., is a highly accomplished physical scientist and science policy advisor with over 25 years of experience in conducting and publishing research on various topics, including disaster preparedness, natural disaster loss reduction, climate change, and verification of international arms control treaties. Dr. Meade holds a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, With Highest Honors, also from UC Berkeley.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Meade has displayed exceptional levels of expertise in research, project management, program management, policy advising and development, science policy, seismology, nuclear terrorism, strategic gaming, strategic planning, and consulting. He is an accomplished professional with cross-sectoral competency and exceptional leadership skills, collaborating with scientists, policymakers, and other stakeholders to document and present world issues to affect policy change.
