Charles Meade, Ph.D., is a highly accomplished physical scientist and science policy advisor with over 25 years of experience in conducting and publishing research on various topics, including disaster preparedness, natural disaster loss reduction, climate change, and verification of international arms control treaties. Dr. Meade holds a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, With Highest Honors, also from UC Berkeley.
