Joe was unanimously elected by the founding player-members to serve as the first Chairman of the Oceania Golf Players Association (OGPA) in 2021.

The OGPA represents the collective interests of professional golfers in the geographic region that includes Australasia, Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia. Its mission is to: Unite professional golfers associated with the Oceania region through a legally constituted player’s association; Represent its members for purposes of collective bargaining with the PGA Tour of Australasia; Improve working conditions and financial outcomes for its members; Work with the PGA Tour of Australasia and its affiliates to ensure the financial stability of professional golf in Oceania; and Promote the sport of golf throughout Oceania.

•	Responsible for introduction and implementation of Intrinsic Value Management (IVM) process across business unit driving rigor around understanding of current and future industry states.
•	Developed financial modeling system to identify key geographic areas for retail store expansion across the United States resulting in first two retail stores in company’s history and projected $18M IV improvement.

•	Developed and assisted business units in executing manufacturing and procurement strategies to meet the corporation’s global targets.  Focused on taking costs out by rationalizing manufacturing footprint and improving supply chain management.
