Charles Lewis

Charles Lewis is a transformational digital IT executive with over 25 years of experience in technology, IT operations, and software across telecommunications, financial services, and health information industries.

He has a strong background in driving modernization and value creation through technology platforms and data strategy.

Charles is currently a Chief Technology Officer & VP at TELUS Health, where he leads a team dedicated to data platforms, cloud and data centre architecture, development, quality assurance, security, solutions architecture, UX, and customer experience.

He holds a diploma in Computer Engineering from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and has studied at Lisgar Collegiate Institute and the University of Ottawa.

Throughout his career, Charles has held various leadership roles at TELUS, MD Physicians Services, MD Financial, and Bell Canada, focusing on technology strategy, operations, program management, research and development, revenue assurance, and billing solutions.

He is known as a fierce advocate of resiliency, customer-centric approaches, and team member engagement, with a passion for delivering innovative health solutions.
