He received his education from Professional Golfers Career College, where he focused on Professional Golf Management, and from Appalachian State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies. Over the years, Charles has held key positions in various prestigious organizations, including serving as the Head Golf Professional at The Golf Club of Georgia and Spring Island Club. He has also demonstrated his leadership skills as the General Manager at Flintlock Campground.
