Charleen Caabay is a seasoned business professional with over 15 years of experience in IT, culinary arts, and the cannabis industry. With a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, she started her career as a Technical Network Administrator and later transitioned to become a self-taught chef, culinary creative, and successful restaurateur in the Bay Area.

Charleen has proven skills in product development, branding, and building and managing multi-site operations. She has a proactive approach to implementing new policies and procedures for market expansion and maintains solid long-term partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers. Charleen is passionate about the cannabis industry and has a proven track record in cannabis oil extraction leading to the creation of her healing edible line. She is committed to educating and advocating for safe cannabis use and provides one-on-one and group consultations.

Charleen has opened two successful restaurants, a retail shop, an art gallery, and cannabis businesses across multiple states. She is the co-founder of The People's Dispensary and The People's Holdings, and a Principal for The People Group LLC, Diosa LLC, and DLR LLC. With proven experience in business strategies, facility development, build-out, and a distinctive vision for the future of cannabis, Charleen brings leadership, guidance, and quality standards to the currently existing establishment.
