Blaine Pearson

Blaine van Bruggen is a business leader, strategist, and creative visionary with 20 years of experience in promoting innovation and creativity across multiple industries. Her entrepreneurial spirit has led her to co-found various companies and media platforms, including Dot Dot Dash Communications, Business of Cannabis, and Report on Psychedelics. Blaine has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and has studied at various institutions, such as the Herstmonceaux School of International Study and IESEG School of Management. Her interests have taken her beyond the business realm, to landscape architecture and design, which she studied at Ryerson University and Emily Carr University of Art and Design.

At Dot Dot Dash Communications, Blaine is the Founder and CEO of the award-winning agency that produces creative content for renowned brands like Patagonia, Greenpeace, and NASA. In 2017, she co-founded Business of Cannabis, a media platform that aims to build and legitimize the global cannabis sector through news and events. Furthermore, Blaine is the co-founder of Report on Psychedelics, an independent data and intelligence source for the emerging psychedelics industry. Recently, Blaine launched Wilder, a business dedicated to using nature-based solutions to fast-track global reforestation.
