Charity Elder

Charity Elder is an accomplished business leader with 18 years of experience across multiple industries, including retail, communications, utility, oil and gas, consulting and e-marketing. She has held various project, people and process management positions and has demonstrated superior leadership skills during periods of rapid growth and significant industry change. Charity is highly skilled in communication, analysis, organization, and time management, and passionate about customer and client satisfaction. Currently, she is pursuing an MBA at Haskayne School of Business.

Charity's specialties include complex project and program management, excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking with a practical approach, strong communication skills in all directions, and focused on enablement. Previously, she has held several significant positions, including Director, Major Programs, Director ERP Program, Manager Delivery Excellence and Services, and Senior Specialist, Major Projects and PMO at Cenovus Energy. She has also served as a Senior Project Manager at Conexiam, Canadian Mountain Holidays, and BMC Software, among others. Alongside her experience in project management, Charity has keenly worked as a Practice Leader in Project Management, Program Director, Program Manager, and PMO, among other roles.
