Chris Williams
Chris Williams is a highly accomplished and versatile professional with an extensive background in project and program management. He received his BA Hons in Business Studies from Bournemouth University and has worked in a variety of roles across different industries, including finance, utilities, and fire and rescue services.
Chris has held several key leadership positions throughout his career and currently serves as the Head of Project Management at Open GI. Prior to this, he worked as a Program Manager at the same company, as well as a Project Manager at Transactor and J.P. Morgan. He has demonstrated exceptional skills in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving business growth.
Before his corporate career, Chris served as a Retained Firefighter and various other positions including Performance Review Officer, Deputy Performance Review Manager, and Knowledge Management Project Manager at Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service (HFRS). These experiences have helped him develop exceptional organizational, teamwork, and communication skills, which he utilizes to effectively manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
