Charisma Miranda

Charisma Miranda is a highly experienced health care professional with a well-rounded background that spans across various managerial roles in hospital and surgical center settings. She has expertise in strategic relationship-building with healthcare providers to align the hospital's business growth with the various service lines. Her experience includes information system management, project management, EHR implementation, clinical research, laboratory, pathology, business development, contracts/compliance, physician recruitments, accounting, strategic/consulting development, and system integrations.

Charisma is a certified expert when it comes to fostering relationships and developing partnerships with community partners, such as YMCA, Walgreens, and Retirement/Skilled Nursing facilities, to mention a few. She played a vital role in a cross-regional pathology setting and managed HL7/CPOE Cerner informatics maintenance.

Charisma has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Health Administration with an emphasis on Informatics, MHA from Grand Canyon University, and completed her nursing studies at Glendale Community College. Apart from that, she has studied Paralegal Studies at Concorde Career Colleges.
