Michael Padgett

Michael Padgett is a highly experienced professional with over two decades of expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical management. He has developed strong relationships with renowned corporations, including Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies and national healthcare and dental providers.

Padgett is currently serving as the CEO of Total Dental Software, a web-based dental practice management, and EHR software system. The company has clients ranging from single providers to national practice management groups. Under his leadership, Total EHR expanded into a national advisory and consultative services firm, providing practice management and regulatory solutions for dental and medical providers. He has consulted with over 5,000 dental professionals in the USA and discovered a technology gap in the dental industry, launching Total Dental as an innovative solution.

Prior to his current position, Padgett was the President of Total EHR, a contract staffing solutions company, PharmaFORCE and was responsible for domestic and international sales force expansion projects in the clinical research arena. Before joining PharmaFORCE, he was the VP of Business Development at Claddagh Resources, a global talent recruitment firm.

Padgett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Sales and Marketing from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business. Throughout his career, he has established himself as a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing innovative solutions.
