Dr. Cameron Ford is a distinguished Associate Professor of Management at the University of Central Florida (UCF) and an accomplished researcher, educator, and entrepreneur. With a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Penn State University and a B.S. in Management from the same institution, Dr. Ford has established himself as a leading expert in the intersection of creativity and entrepreneurship. He has published over 60 academic papers in top-tier journals such as the Academy of Management Review and Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, and his research has been cited over 3000 times according to Google Scholar.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Ford is the Founding Director of UCF's Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL), which empowers students from all disciplines with entrepreneurial thinking skills and startup resources. Through the CEL, Dr. Ford has established academic classes and degree programs, experiential learning opportunities, startup competitions and showcases, a student venture accelerator, and several free student startup services. One of his most successful initiatives is the Blackstone LaunchPad at UCF, a free startup advising service that supports thousands of students and recent alumni annually with one-on-one advising, workshops, mentoring opportunities, and exclusive resources.

Prior to joining UCF, Dr. Ford worked at the Graduate School of Management at Rutgers University as an Assistant Professor. He has since risen through the ranks at UCF, serving as Associate Professor and Executive Director of the Blackstone LaunchPad, a position he holds to this day. Dr. Ford's expertise in creativity and entrepreneurship makes him a valuable asset to UCF, and he continues to inspire and mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs.
