Zara Tam is a highly accomplished project and product manager with more than 11 years of professional experience, specializing in B2B, B2C, SaaS, marketplace, e-commerce, user research, prototyping, delivery, and SMEs. She is a Chartered Engineer since 2014 and holds MPhil and MEng degrees from the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London, respectively.

Zara has held various roles in tech companies such as Indeed Flex (formerly Syft) and Pollen, where she has been instrumental in bringing stakeholders and cross-functional teams together to deliver innovative and impactful products from inception to launch. She is also an award-winning product manager, having won the 2nd prize of the Booking.com Hackathon in 2017.
