Celia Gregory is a mission-driven professional with a passion for empowering individuals and enhancing communities. She holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina-Columbia. With a diverse background in non-profit management, fundraising, and communication, she brings a wealth of experience to any organization she works with.

Currently, Celia serves as the Membership & Development Manager at The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee, a global treasure dedicated to the care and protection of elephants. Prior to this, she worked as a Communications & Evaluation Strategist at Latent Talent Accelerator and the Nashville Team Leader at HeadCount, Inc., a voter registration organization.

Through her work, Celia has encouraged diverse cohorts of teacher leaders to collective and personal impact, amplified the brand of organizations such as National Center for Teacher Residencies and Hope Street Group, and facilitated civic engagement efforts. She strongly believes in the power of volunteerism for civic good and has dedicated the past 12 years to nonpartisan voter registration. When she's not working, Celia loves music and serves as an online radio personality at HeadCount and WXNA, a community radio station.
