Cecilia Padilla

Cecilia Padilla is a driven individual with a recent Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from MIT and a focus on Tissue Engineering.

Excited to further her career in Biomedical Engineering, Cecilia is now pursuing a Ph.D. at Carnegie Mellon University.

Her impressive educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Cecilia's career history showcases her diverse experiences, from being a Summer Researcher at Ferguson Lab in ETH Zürich to an Explorer Intern at Microsoft.

She has also contributed to the academic community as a Teacher at Global Teachings Lab at MIT and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Grodzinsky Lab in the Department of Biological Engineering at MIT.

Furthermore, Cecilia has valuable experience as a Residential Facilitating Advisor in the MIT Interphase EDGE Program and has achieved recognition as the Overall Winner at the MIT Momentum Program.
