Cecilia Chan is a highly experienced litigator with a career spanning over 20 years, specializing in complex commercial litigation, employment law, securities litigation, class actions, and government investigations across various industries like technology, biotechnology, energy, accounting, and financial services.

She has a strong background in defending clients including issuers, officers, and directors in shareholder class actions and derivative actions in both federal and state courts. Cecilia also provides strategic counsel to clients on litigation strategies and policy matters.

Cecilia Chan obtained her J.D. Summa Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School and completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Pennsylvania.
