Rob Griffith

Rob Griffith is a highly experienced attorney who specializes in complex commercial, securities, and consumer litigation matters. With a focus on class actions, derivative actions, and multidistrict litigation, Rob has represented clients in both state and federal courts across the United States, in addition to various arbitration forums. With extensive experience in ERISA litigation and claims brought under state consumer fraud statutes, Rob is highly knowledgeable and respected within his field.

Before joining Foley & Lardner LLP, Rob served as a partner at Ungaretti & Harris, LLP, where he represented clients in complex commercial and consumer litigation as well as securities litigation and enforcement matters. He received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Iowa and went on to earn his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Rob is a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Consumer Financial Services Litigation, and Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practices. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, the United States Supreme Court, and various other U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeals.
