Tracy Garcia, CEcD, MEDP

Tracy Garcia is a highly skilled economic developer and civil engineer with vast experience in strategic planning, project management, and government relations. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University, and she's also a Certified Economic Developer. She holds a Master Practitioner from the University of Alabama, Clemson University, University of Southern Mississippi, Texas Christian University.

Tracy has worked various jobs in both the public and private sectors, including serving previously in the Lake County League of Cities as a City Commissioner. She's currently serving as the Director of Elevate Lake Economic Development, where she creates and implements long-term economic plans to drive business growth in supporting the well-being of Lake County, Florida.

Tracy is known to have a holistic approach to community development, using macro perspectives to focus on the big picture. She's proficient in a wide range of engineering tools, project management software, and is experienced in dealing with transportation and environmental regulations. Tracy is also passionate about sales and marketing, leading her advocacy for a Down syndrome community-related non-profit organization.
