Barber Boekraad

Barber Boekraad is a lawyer at Stibbe's commercial litigation practice, specializing in contractual and tort disputes. With a strong background in complex banking litigation and disputes concerning financial statements and auditors’ liability, Barber represents a variety of clients including financial institutions, accountancy firms, listed companies, and large privately held companies. His educational achievements include an MBA Highlights Program from INSEAD, a Cum laude degree from Law Firm School, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with Honours focusing on Commercial Law from the University of Amsterdam, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Law also from the University of Amsterdam, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Furthermore, Barber has completed an Introductional Course in Spanish Language and Literature, Political Science, and Art History at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
