Rebecca Kaj is a global executive leader with over 20 years of experience in legal, compliance, audit, finance, and operations. She is a licensed attorney with a unique and diversified background that includes cross-functional leadership roles in power generation, energy, healthcare, and corporate business sectors. Rebecca is currently the Chief Compliance Officer for Gas Power and has a solid history of applying her in-depth technical knowledge, risk assessment, and business acumen to drive business growth, reinvention, and simplification. She also has expertise in team building, influencing skills, proactive initiation, risk management, financial forecasting, and data analytics. She is a skilled public speaker with an eye for risk assessment, counseling, legal interpretation, Black Belt Six Sigma, and designing risk management strategies.
