He has a well-established financial background, including previous roles at Tailwind International and Goldman Sachs, where he worked in FICC, Russia & CIS.

Crawley has experience in international business development, having worked on the founding team at DMC Partners and at AppDirect. He has also been a board member at Generation Home.
