Zeeza Cole

Zeeza Cole is a Principal at Bain Capital Ventures, where she has been since 2020. Her investment focus includes consumer technology, software as a service (SaaS), and the future of work. In her role, she is involved in various aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, and supporting portfolio companies.13

Before joining Bain Capital Ventures, Cole was a founding member and investor at WeWork's Creator Fund, which concentrated on early-stage ventures in future work and commercial real estate technology. She also gained experience at Goldman Sachs, where she worked in the equity capital markets group, advising companies in the industrials and business services sectors.12

Cole holds a degree in History from Princeton University and is known for her enthusiasm for cooking and spending time outdoors.13
