Richa Neupane

Richa Neupane is a highly educated individual who is working towards bridging the gap between technology and literacy, advocating for public policy, and promoting gender equality. With a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from Kathmandu University School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in International/Global Studies with an emphasis on Diplomacy and a minor in Economics from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, Richa is well-equipped to tackle the societal issues of our time. She is the co-founder of Udeshya: Girls in STEM, a former executive team lead at TFN Policy Learning Group Steering Committee, and a former program manager at Code for Nepal. Richa has also worked as a research associate at multiple organizations, including Policy Entrepreneurs Inc. and the High Level National Education Commission, Ministry of Education. Aside from her professional career, Richa is also a fellow at Teach for Nepal and an elderly refugees basic English tutor at Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota. She has also worked as an editorial intern at Himal Southasian and as a writing tutor at MSUM Write Site.
