Phillip Bidro is a seasoned Business Performance Advisor at Insperity, a trusted full-service HR solutions provider. He has more than 30 years of experience in human capital strategies, business services, sales, recruiting, and entrepreneurship. Phillip studied finance at the Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and attended Johnsburg High School.

Before joining Insperity, Phillip held several leadership positions in different organizations, including Director of Sales at GoGig, Director of Business Development and Recruiting at Brilliant™, Director, Search and Placement-Metro Chicago at Global Employment Solutions, Director, Marco Financial Search at Marco & Associates, and Area Search Manager, Kelly Direct at Kelly Services. He was also the President/CEO of BidroPainter, Inc., a regional director of permanent placement at Parker and Lynch, Accounting Principals, Ajilon, Adecco, and a senior executive recruiter at Garelli Wong & Associates/Parker Lynch. Phillip is passionate about working with small businesses and start-ups in South Florida, delivering quality services that help them contain employee-related costs, minimize risks, and streamline HR management.
