Cathy Hampton

Cathy Hampton is an experienced development professional who specializes in working with progressive nonprofit organizations dedicated to various causes like education, healthcare, religious tolerance, and world peace.

With a background in theology, philanthropy, and charity, Cathy leverages her expertise to assist organizations in achieving their missions of peace and justice.

She excels in grant writing, new donor identification, prospect research, corporate giving, family foundation giving, international philanthropy, faith-based giving, and annual giving.

Cathy's educational journey includes studying Ph.D. in Systematic & Philosophical Theology at Graduate Theological Union / UC Berkeley, M.A. in Spirituality & Social Justice at Loyola University of Chicago, M.A. in Philosophy at DePaul University, M.A. in English Literature at DePaul University, and B.A. in English at DePaul University.

She has also contributed as a Teaching Assistant in English Literature & Composition at Northern Illinois University.

Currently, Cathy serves as the President at Prospect Development Services, where she utilizes her skills to increase organizations' capacity to transform lives and secure funding.
