Cathy Course

Cathy Course is an accomplished Enterprise Client Leader at Aon, specializing in serving multinational clients by understanding their needs and collaborating with global teams to meet those requirements.

With a background as an actuary and experience in leadership positions across risk, retirement, and health sectors, Cathy has built a successful career that spans 5 different countries.

She holds a BMath in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA).

Prior to her current role, Cathy held various key positions at Aon, including Partner, Account Executive, Commercial Director, and Senior Human Resources Consultant.

She has also worked at Group Assurance International Network, Mutual Life of Canada, and Mercer in actuarial and consulting roles.
