Cat Phillips

Cat Phillips is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law, specializing in commercial and regulatory matters. Graduating from Durham University with a degree in B.A. Geography, Cat went on to pursue legal studies at the BPP Law School, completing both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the LPC. Cat kickstarted her legal career at Norton Rose Fulbright, where she honed her skills as a Trainee Solicitor before advancing to a role as a Commercial/Regulatory Associate in the Corporate Department. With a year-long in-house experience at BMO Global Asset Management, Cat gained valuable insights into the financial industry. She later transitioned to Memrise, a Series B stage tech company, as their sole counsel, showcasing her adaptability and legal acumen. After a rejuvenating career break devoted to personal projects and travel in South America, Cat returned to the legal field as a Senior Legal Counsel at Orgvue, further solidifying her expertise in corporate legal affairs.
