Cassy Bowen

Cassy Bowen is a skilled and accomplished professional with a background in public health and wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Science Honors College degree from the University of Arizona. With a diverse range of experience, Cassy has worked as a Project Manager in marketing at Moda Health, where she previously served as a Wellness Advisor and Project Manager. Additionally, she has held leadership roles in event coordination and styling, in companies such as Mae&Co Creative, and worked as a Performance Specialist at EXOS. Cassy has also served as an Educator with lululemon athletica and a Coach with the Southern Arizona Lacrosse Association.

With a passion for health and wellness, Cassy's experience in the industry is extensive. As a Wellness Coordinator with BeneFitness and a Wellness Advisor at Moda Health, she developed valuable expertise in healthcare coordination, customer service, and program management. She is also a former Intern at Psychosomatic Fitness and a Community Event Specialist at The Above and Beyond Children's Foundation, demonstrating her commitment to community outreach and collaboration.
