Cassandra Brown is a dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, driven by a passion for science and technology and its impact on improving people's lives.

With a background in health care sales, marketing, and business operations, she excels in strategic, operational, and tactical roles, accomplishing challenging objectives as an individual and team member at the Director level.

Cassandra's expertise extends to areas such as government liaison, NICE submission and liaison, complete business P&L responsibilities, HR, and legal matters, with a focus on the healthcare sector at UK, international, and global levels.

She is also actively involved in STEM and WISE education outreach and is a Qualified Practitioner of NLP, bringing a unique approach to enhancing business, interpersonal, and life skills.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Cassandra is engaged in writing her first business book and has diverse interests in property renovation, aviation, maritime activities, and the marvels of the universe.

Currently serving as the Director of Business Development Emerging Technology at MED-EL GmbH, she has held various key positions in the organization, including Managing Director roles in South Africa and the UK, as well as Marketing and Commercial Director positions.

Cassandra's educational background includes studies in Particle Physics, Speeches and speech-making, Modern Cosmology, Galactic Astronomy, and a BSc in Astronomy & Chemistry from prestigious institutions like the University of Sheffield, Liverpool John Moores University, and The Open University.

Throughout her career, she has contributed to the growth and success of organizations like MED-EL, GlaxoWellcome, and Allen & Hanburys, showcasing her versatile skills in sales, marketing, business management, and clinical research.

Based on the west coast of Scotland with global mobility, Cassandra is also involved in charity work supporting a UK ENT led initiative in Malawi, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to society.
