- Executed all aspects of in-building, member experience partnerships (including budgeting, activations, and final reporting) across 400 locations in US and Canada. In this role, I manage client contracts and sponsorships for both physical and digital activations, including coordinating execution with Northside’s production team and subcontracts with freelancers, actively monitoring contract status and budget performance, and ensuring successful contract delivery including on-site support at sponsored events (key clients include Douglas Elliman, IMRE, Showtime, Con Edison, ABC Carpet & Home, and San Pellegrino). I coordinate Northside's online properties and contracted work, including building and distributing email campaigns, managing online ads both internally with Google Ad Manager and externally with Google AdWords, writing sponsored editorial content, and managing editorial content online. Alongside the festival curator, I developed and executed programming for the Northside Festival in 2018, including assisting in the curation of key discussion topics and guest speakers, and managed logistics for successful presentations made by 200+ speakers. During July and August 2018, I produced seven weeks of SummerScreen, including executing marketing with Northside’s external public relations team, managing event sponsorships, and coordinating on-site event logistics.

My main role was to execute all aspects of client sponsorships from inception to completion (key clients included Mount Gay Rum, YuMe, NYU Tandon, Reaktor, Mailchimp, Shutterstock, TNT, McCann). I assisted in planning, production, and facilitation of Northside’s signature events (Northside Festival, Taste Talks, SummerScreen) as well as branded and white-label events (WeWork, Perkins Coie, TOPIC, Dell). In the fall of 2017, I supported developing speaker and chef programming for Taste Talks Brooklyn and Chicago, and managed talent programming and panel topic ideation for Taste Talks Los Angeles.

I oversaw the design and launch of <a href="http://grizzliesfoundation.org">grizzliesfoundation.org</a> and managed the content creation strategies for the website, as well as the Foundation’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, contributing to over 100% follower growth across each of the above platforms. I developed new local business relationships to fill marketing gaps (Memphis College of Art partnership), collaborated with existing funded programs to improve outcomes (Write On, Speak Out!), coordinated partner events at FedExForum (Grizz Prep charter school graduation), and provided day-of event assistance for NBA initiatives (Winter Wonderland, Staxtacular). I also supported the Foundation’s Executive Director in key roles, including serving as communications liaison for internal and external contacts, directing program facilitation and project management, providing administrative support, and handling in-game partner activations. For the 2015 NBA season, I organized and facilitated a refresh of the Foundation’s marketing and recruitment materials, including postcards, posters, and in-arena boards.

I prepared press releases, consolidated and updated the School of Pharmacy webpages for a site redesign, and created a public relations campaign to increase community awareness on prescription drug adherence.
