Carolyn Mason is a creative strategist and experienced creative director with a passion for helping organizations and businesses reach their full potential. With a background in both English and Fine Arts, Mason has developed a unique perspective that combines creativity and strategy to drive impact. Over the course of her career, she has worked with a range of organizations and businesses, including American Express, Google, and the Sundance Institute. She has also founded her own company, The First Seating, which specializes in providing better spaces, opportunities, and conversations for businesses and nonprofits alike. Mason's specialties include innovation strategy, experience design, impact strategy and implementation, community building, events and media production, creative branding, storytelling, grassroots marketing, and strategic partnerships.
