Carolyn Esswein, FAICP, CNU-A, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in urban design, planning, and architecture, known for her expertise in creating vibrant communities through engaging residents, businesses, and stakeholders.

With a background in Master of Architecture, Master of Urban Planning, and a BS in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Carolyn brings a unique perspective to development projects.

Carolyn's areas of expertise encompass resilient community planning, public engagement, urban design, conceptual architecture, economic development, and master planning, leading to various state, regional, and national award recognitions for her work.
