Caroline Woolard is an accomplished artist, educator, and social justice activist, known for her groundbreaking work in the areas of cooperative economics, community building, and participatory art. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, Caroline has gone on to become an Assistant Professor at the University of Hartford and part-time faculty at the School of Design Strategies at The New School. She has also served as a Board Member at the Schumacher Center for a New Economics, co-founder at TradeSchool.coop, and co-manager at Splinters and Logs, among other roles. Caroline's work has been recognized with prestigious fellowships and residencies at institutions such as Judson Memorial Church, Eyebeam, and the Queens Museum of Art, and she has presented her work in numerous exhibitions and conferences around the world. A passionate advocate for alternative economic models and collaborative creativity, Caroline is a leading voice in the contemporary art world and an inspiration to many.
