Caroline Coburn is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in program management, talent development, and professional advancement.

Caroline pursued her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, majoring in English with minors in History and Government. She furthered her education at Stellenbosch University and Hathaway Brown School, honing her skills and knowledge in various disciplines.

Caroline's career includes impactful roles at prestigious organizations. She has served as the NYC Site Program Manager, Program Manager for Talent Development, and Partner Development Specialist for Talent Outreach at Google. Her responsibilities involved overseeing programs, developing talent, and fostering partnerships.

Prior to her tenure at Google, Caroline held key positions at Prep for Prep, where she contributed to professional advancement programs. Her roles included Assistant Director of Professional Advancement, Professional Advancement Coordinator, and Program Associate.
