Paul Fogel is the Sector Leader for Professional Search at Korn Ferry, based in Saint Johns, Florida. In his role, he oversees mid-level executive searches within the Consumer and Technology markets across North America, focusing on sectors such as Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Telecommunications, Media, Software, Hardware, and Consulting. His team is responsible for client development and search execution strategies in these areas, contributing to Korn Ferry's growth in executive recruitment services.1

Fogel has an extensive background in recruitment and staffing, having previously served as Regional Search Director at Modis and Division Director at Robert Half Technology. His experience includes managing IT staffing teams and mentoring new executive recruiters. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Florida State University and has obtained various certifications related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and artificial intelligence.1
