Carmela Bulacan Tran, CPA

Carmela Tran has built an impressive career in Accounting Advisory, specializing in detailed analysis of clients' data, fraud investigations, and financial modeling. She started at PwC's Advisory practice, where she spent eight years gaining extensive experience in leading large-scale projects for multiple clients. Currently, she is a Manager at Caroprese & Company's Advisory practice, where she utilizes her knowledge and experience to help clients implement carve-out financial statements, prevent fraud, and provide litigation support. Additionally, she expanded her skillset and completed General Assembly's Data Science course to leverage her knowledge of extracting insights from historic dataset analysis for more predictive analytics.

Carmela graduated from Georgetown University with a double major in Accounting, and Operations and Information Management from the McDonough School of Business. She also holds a certificate as a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs and the AICPA.
