David Gutelius

David Gutelius is a seasoned professional in the Silicon Valley technology scene, serving as CEO of Motiva AI and founding partner at The Data Guild. He has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology and society, including work with the U.S. national security community post 9/11 on DARPA's PAL Program, which produced the core IP for SRI International spinout companies like Siri and TrapIt.

Gutelius has founded two machine learning companies: Social Kinetics, which personalized behavioral healthcare, and Proximal Labs, which provided proactive, personalized search and recommendations.
