Carlye Kumpula

Carlye Kumpula is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from The University of Georgia.

During her time at the university, Carlye was actively involved with UGA HEROs, a non-profit student-led organization, where she fundraised for children in Georgia affected by HIV/AIDS.

With a passion for serving others and a thirst for knowledge, she excels in her roles, notably as a Lead Talent Specialist at 3Ci and previously as a Talent Specialist at the same organization.

Her commitment to community service is evident through her past role as an Executive Director at UGA HEROs and her internship at OASIS COUNSELING CENTER, LLC.

Carlye's diverse work experience includes positions such as a Student Worker at The University of Georgia, Sales Associate at Omni Tan, and Visual Field Technician at eyesight associates.

In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and supporting the University of Georgia teams.
