Carlos Matoso

Carlos Sotto Mayor Matoso is a distinguished professional with a strong educational background and a wealth of experience in management, operations, and consulting.

He holds an MSc in Management with Distinction from Imperial College London and a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering with First Class Honours from UCL.

Carlos has held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as the Head of Central Ops at Loft.

His prior experiences include leadership positions at Uber, where he was the Head of Safety, Risk, Payments & Compliance at Uber Eats LatAm, Head of Enterprise Account Management at Uber Eats UK & Ireland, Senior Operations & Logistics Manager, Team Lead, and Operations & Logistics Manager at Uber UK & Ireland.

Before his tenure at Uber, Carlos worked as a Senior Associate and Associate in the Strategy Consulting team at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company).

He also gained valuable experience as a Student Consultant at Aberdeen Asset Management and held Summer Internships at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and B.Grimm Joint Venture Holding Ltd.
