Miguel Rocha

Miguel Rocha is a highly accomplished professional with a solid background in Operations and Logistics, Business Intelligence, and Management across different industries, including automotive, ride-hailing, and technology. Rocha studied at the IESE Business School - University of Navarra, The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, and Universidad Simón Bolívar, where he earned his MBA and BS in Engineering Production.

Before joining KAVAK.com as the Head of Supply, Rocha held several positions at Uber, including Head of Territories, General Manager, Associate General Manager, Territory Lead, Senior Operations and Logistics Manager, Lead Operations and Logistics Manager, and Operations and Logistics Manager. Rocha also co-founded the photo-sharing platform Fototea and worked as a Media Solutions Intern at Facebook, and a Business Intelligence Analyst and Intern at Cervecería Polar, C.A.

Throughout his career, Rocha has been passionate about unlocking teams' potential to develop themselves and achieve all that they are set out to accomplish.
