Carlos Santiso

Carlos Santiso is the Head of Division for Digital, Innovative, and Open Government at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris.1 He has held this position since May 2022.1

• He is a member of the advisory group on public governance at the United Nations, appointed by the UN Secretary General for a four-year term from 2021-2025.1
