Carlos Rosario is a multi-talented professional with a diverse educational background and rich experience in various industries.

Carlos's educational journey includes studying Project Management, Corporate Finance, Accounting at Stanford Continuing Studies, MS in Computer Science, BS in Computer Engineering / Computer Science at the University of Southern California, and earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Throughout his career, Carlos has been involved with reputable organizations like Wing, Foothill Community Health Center, Peloton Technology, Faraday Future, and Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP among others, holding roles ranging from Product Counsel to Chief Executive Officer and Attorney.

He has also contributed his expertise as an Attorney at Manos Accelerator via Google Launchpad, Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP, and Wagner Blecher LLP, showcasing a diverse legal background.

In addition to his legal roles, Carlos has served as Law School Faculty at Lincoln Law School of San Jose and gained valuable experience through internships at Electronic Frontier Foundation, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Yahoo!, and the Superior Court of California.

Carlos's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Grapevine Designs, LLC, where he served as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, showcasing his proficiency in technology and business management.
