Carlos Janibelli

Carlos Janibelli is currently the Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at The Mosaic Company, a position he has held since August 2023.12 Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Shared Services (GBS) at Mosaic Brasil from March 2018 to August 2023.1

Janibelli has an extensive background in multinational corporations, with expertise in:
