Carlos J Vargas is an analytical Commercial Banker with a passion for building partnerships with businesses to expand their customer base and increase their bottom line through the provision of capital.

With extensive knowledge in Commercial Lending, Carlos has collaborated with various industries in South Florida to offer lending products including Commercial Real Estate acquisitions & refinance, Construction funding, Association loans, Working Capital Lines of Credit, and Residential Mortgages.

Custom financing solutions tailored to meet the specific demands of each business are one of Carlos's specialties, recognizing that not all businesses are alike.

Carlos holds an MBA in Management from Nova Southeastern University and a BS in Business with a concentration in Management from the University of Phoenix.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Lending at City National Bank, Carlos has previously held roles at Bank OZK, Ocean Bank, TD, and Sol Capital Funding, LLC.
