Cantor Sokoloff

Cantor Alan Sokoloff is a highly skilled leader and teacher in synagogue services, praised for his exceptional abilities in Torah reading and chanting. With a remarkable rapport with individuals of all ages, he excels in promoting communal participation and training B’nai Mitzvah students. Cantor Sokoloff's educational background includes teaching Torah, Haftarah, Megillah, and prayer skills, enabling him to develop successful programs for adults and youth. His experience extends to serving as an adult mentor to teenagers, empowering them to take on leadership roles in religious services and working with special needs students. With training in Hazzanut and voice, including apprenticeship under a renowned Master Hazzan, Cantor Sokoloff has been recognized for his contributions to the Jewish faith through his Diploma of Hazzanut and Minister of Faith in 1999.
