- Account director for top clients, ensuring the utmost account management through trouble-shooting conversations, managing expectations, setting processes, and running point on all things creative.
-  Optimizing clients' ROI by managing the process of A/B testing in order to best consult on strategic decisions based on data e.g. Managed the production of two ads to go into A/B testing for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee's (DCCC) first million-dollar TV buy of 2020 to air during national news.
-  Integral part of the firm's business development and lead on the creative strategy to all outward-facing materials sent to potential clients, including messaging and creative strategy proposals and finished products. Navigating the competitive landscape for each client by managing the process of research documents, past creative analysis, and advertising market costs and data breakdowns.
-  Managed and oversaw operations of the firm, de facto Chief Operations Officer.
-  Hired and managed a team of three women, and successfully advocated for employees of diverse backgrounds.

- Account director for top clients, by managing the overall messaging and creative process by talking directly to clients, which included political candidates, campaign managers, executives, stakeholders, etc.
-  Managed the creative landscape for each client, while also assisting the execution on setting the advertising spending for top clients.
-  Executed an $8 million advertising budget for a Democratic candidate. Through competitive analysis, pushed the messaging frame by presenting the client as being active and talking to constituents at their doorsteps. With this consistent messaging over various communication mediums (TV, digital, and radio), our firm created over 80 creative ads which resulted in our client beating a conservative Republican by 5 points in the general election, electing the first Afro-Latino Congressman in a 99% caucasian district.
-  Main lead in developing creative strategy for Independent Expenditures in 12 highly competitive federal races, and setting the spend of over $1 M.
-  Main lead for the DCCC's Independent Expenditure creative process by producing over 10 TV advertisements for six competitive congressional races within three months and a total spend of over $4 million. Every district we produced advertising for resulted in the win we wanted.
-  Trusted lead for Planned Parenthood by managing the process of over 15 commercial shoots, over 100 advertising addressing and advocating against political threats to end the organization.

- On a team of seven senior staff members, I managed execution and operationalized a $78 million advertising budget in over 31 targeted Democratic congressional seats.
-  Ran the processes on nearly 50 competitive analysis polls and over 250 creative advertisements.
-  Ran operations control by managing communication with 25 consulting firms, senior staff, the research and legal team, and 15 staff members.

- Alongside the Deputy Executive Director, I built and implemented national and regional communications infrastructure, e.g. hiring press secretaries, operationalized on-boarding, established daily interdepartmental meetings to produce the coordinated messaging effort.

Assisted in the production of the Senator's commercial ads, setting all logistics into place. Increased the Senator's media exposure with developing, executing + editing video testimonials; e.g. former Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth. Developed + maintained relationships with constituents for the campaign.

Worked closely with production team. Provided detailed play-by-play for Chicago professional baseball, basketball + hockey games. Helped edit segments for nightly shows.
