Camille Chaffaut is an accomplished food scientist with expertise in product development, research and development, and project management in the agroalimentaire industry. She is a graduate of top universities such as Agro-Paris-Tech, North Carolina State University, and ISA Lille. With her vast experience in R&D, Camille worked as an R&D Project Manager at SODIAAL, a leading French dairy cooperative that specializes in producing dairy products, cheeses, and ingredients. Prior to this, she worked as a consultant at Taj, société d’avocats, where she was involved in the development of innovative concepts and products for various clients. Camille's career in food science also included a stint as a Product Developer for Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition, where she developed infant milk formulas. Camille's expertise in food science also includes a research assistant position at Laboratoire BioGap and Lesaffre, where she studied yeasts and probiotics.
