Caitlin Schoenfelder

Caitlin Schoenfelder is an accomplished individual with a strong educational background in Public Affairs, Curriculum and Instruction, and Politics with a focus on Latin American Studies.

She holds a Master's degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, a Master of Arts degree from the University of the Pacific - Gladys L. Benerd School of Education, and multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees from Whitman College.

Caitlin has a diverse professional experience, having worked in various roles including Strategic Planning Associate at the NYC Department of Education, Project Manager & Policy Consultant at Cradle to Kindergarten Consulting Group, and Graduate Consultant at the Center for Public Research and Leadership at Columbia Law School.

Her past roles also include positions such as Graduate Fellow at TNTP, Data Consultant at Instruction Partners, Consultant at San Diego Juvenile Court and Community Schools, Mentor Teacher at Seattle Public Schools, and Teacher at Aspire Public Schools across different grade levels.

Caitlin Schoenfelder has also been involved in research and coaching in the field of education, having worked as a Researcher and Teacher Coach at the Mexican Ministry of Basic Education through Princeton in Latin America (PiLA), as well as holding positions at Early Stages program in District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) and the Urban Education Leaders Internship Program at DCPS.
