Caitlin Adams

Caitlin Adams is a senior at Crofton House School with a diverse range of interests and experiences.

She is passionate about reducing communication barriers for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community by combining chemistry, design, and acoustics.

Caitlin's involvement in Model UN, including Secretariat work at VMUN, has helped her understand the importance of global citizenship and empathy in various professional fields.

She aspires to become a student researcher and ultimately a specialist physician who actively engages with the community and the UN.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Caitlin has 11 years of experience playing the piano, composing original music, and participating in her school's choir.

Her love for music intersects with her interest in STEM, sparking discussions about their correlation.

Caitlin also balances her academic and musical endeavors with a passion for sports, particularly running, where she fundraises for charity and mentors younger athletes in her school's cross-country team.

Her tenacious nature extends to her martial arts training as a red belt at Purple Dragon International, teaching her focus in high-pressure situations.

She has been involved in various organizations and roles, such as USG General Assemblies at Vancouver Model United Nations, Fellow and Ambassador at Shad Canada, Private Tutor, Model UN Captain, and more.
