Cait K.

Cait Kelly, a Communication Sciences graduate from The University of Georgia, has an extensive track record of leadership roles in community engagement, program direction, and project coordination. She currently works as the Community Engagement Director for Connect San Diego, a non-profit organization that connects entrepreneurs and inventors to resources and capital to accelerate the growth of their businesses. In the past, Kelly has held positions such as Program Director and Manager at San Diego Venture Group, as well as Analyst at Seed San Diego. She also worked as a Freelance Communications Consultant for Kelly Communications, where she designed and implemented communication strategies for clients. With a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, Kelly brings a wealth of experience and skills to her roles.

In her previous position as a Program Coordinator at adastra.ventures, Kelly helped manage the startup selection and investment process for the company. Prior to that role, she held BeachHead Coordinator and Program Director positions at San Diego Venture Group, where she worked closely with entrepreneurs and investors to grow the local startup ecosystem.

Outside of work, Cait Kelly has interests in community building, education and the arts.
